Osteopathy
What Is Manual Osteopathic Treatment?
Manual Osteopathic Treatment (MOT) is a hands-on, drug-free approach to healthcare that focuses on gently restoring balance and movement in your body. Osteopathic manual practitioners use a combination of techniques—like stretching, joint adjustments, soft tissue work, and gentle manipulations—to help your body function at its best and heal itself naturally.
Who Is It For?
Manual osteopathic treatment is suitable for people of all ages, from newborns to seniors. It’s especially helpful for:
• People with back, neck, or joint pain
• Office workers with poor posture or tension
• Athletes healing from injuries or overuse
• Individuals with chronic pain or stress
• Women during and after pregnancy
• Babies with colic, feeding difficulties, or birth strain
What Does It Include?
Manual osteopathic treatment may include several specialized techniques:
• Joint Adjustments – Gentle, controlled movements to restore normal joint motion and reduce pain or stiffness
• Craniosacral Therapy – Light touch to release tension around the head, spine, and nervous system, promoting relaxation and balance
• Visceral Manipulation – Soft, hands-on techniques to improve the movement and function of internal organs like the intestines, liver, or stomach
• Lymphatic Drainage – Gentle rhythmical movements that help reduce swelling, support immune function, and clear toxins from the body
These techniques are combined to support your body as a whole—muscles, bones, nerves, fluids, and organs—all working together.
What Can It Help With?
Manual osteopathic treatment can be effective for a wide range of conditions, including:
• Back and neck pain
• Muscle tightness and joint stiffness
• Headaches and migraines
• Sciatica and nerve-related pain
• Digestive problems (bloating, constipation, acid reflux)
• Stress and fatigue
• TMJ (jaw pain), sinus congestion, and tinnitus
• Poor circulation, swelling, and immune issues
• Recovery from injuries or surgery
Why Should You Consider It?
Manual osteopathic treatment offers a natural, whole-body approach to health. You might consider it if you:
• Want relief from pain without medications or invasive treatments
• Are dealing with chronic tension or restricted movement
• Need gentle support during recovery, pregnancy, or after childbirth
• Are looking to improve your posture, energy, or overall wellbeing
It’s not just about treating where it hurts—it’s about improving how your whole body works together, so you can feel better, move better, and live better.
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.
Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of Massage Therapy.
Modern massage techniques can be traced back to the 1700s and the development of Swedish massage, the first systematic method of therapeutic massage based on physiology. Today’s Massage Therapists use their knowledge of anatomy and physiology to combine traditional Swedish and modern Massage Therapy techniques with exercise and other therapies to treat their patients.

Physiotherapy
The study of physiotherapy is anchored in movement sciences and aims to enhance or restore function of multiple body systems. Physiotherapists—using judgment and techniques based on their extensive education, science and research—work with patients to help them walk and move freely, recover mobility after illness/injury/surgery, manage chronic diseases like arthritis and much more. The profession is committed to health, lifestyle and quality of life by getting you back to the activities and enjoying the life you love. Our therapists may use various forms of manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercises, IMS, Acupuncture, modalities and education.
Vestibular Physiotherapy
Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is a specialized form of physiotherapy prescribed to treat and improve the symptoms caused by vestibular disorders. It often involves manual head manoeuvres and/or a progressive program of exercises designed to reduce vertigo and dizziness, visual issues, and/or imbalance and falls.
After an injury to the vestibular system occurs, the central nervous system can compensate for reduced function of the inner ears. Essentially, the brain copes with the imbalanced signals coming from the vestibular system by learning to rely more heavily on alternative signals coming from other systems in the body to maintain vestibular balance. This can be achieved through various exercise strategies outlined below. When this central (or brain) compensation occurs, the patient’s symptoms can be alleviated and allows them to return to normal function.
Physiotherapy IMS/Dry Needling
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

This therapy involves assessing and treating a group of muscles that are involved with urinary and bowel function. This specialized treatment is highly recommended for clients who experience pain during urination, urine leakage when coughing, sneezing or laughing and strong urge to urinate yet feeling unable to empty the bladder.
Laser Therapy
In physiotherapy, Laser Therapy is used for pain relief, accelerated tissue regeneration and reduction of inflammation.
Conditions that are treated include:

Rheumatoid arthritis
TMD ,
Shoulder impingement syndromes
Hip or shoulder bursitis
Low back disc degeneration
Disc herniation
Sciatica
neuropathic pain
Tendonitis
Tennis elbow
Plantar fasciitis
Reduction of volume and pain in lymphedema
TMJ
Physiotherapy helps to reduce pain in the jaw and muscles around the jaw. by releasing all the muscle tension around the face area. It also helps with headaches associated with the jaw pain.
Chiropractor
Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation and other alternative treatments, the theory being that proper alignment of the body's musculoskeletal structure, particularly the spine, will enable the body to heal itself without surgery or medication. Manipulation is used to restore mobility to joints restricted by tissue injury caused by a traumatic event, such as falling, or repetitive stress, such as sitting without proper back support.
Chiropractic is primarily used as a pain relief alternative for muscles, joints, bones, and connective tissue, such as cartilage, ligaments, and tendons. It is sometimes used in conjunction with conventional medical treatment.
The initials "DC" identify a chiropractor, whose education typically includes an undergraduate degree plus four years of chiropractic college.
Custom Made Orthotics/Braces/Compression Stockings
A custom orthotic is a device designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position. They look like insoles, but are biomechanical medical appliances that are custom made to correct your specific foot imbalance.

Acupuncture- with Alex yeh
Acupuncture is a form of alternative medicine in which thin needles are inserted into the body. It is a key component of traditional Chinese medicine. As such, acupuncture is considered a pseudoscience because the theories and practices of TCM are not based upon modern scientific knowledge
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the scientific study of human or non-human body movement. Kinesiology addresses physiological, biomechanical, and psychological dynamic principles and mechanisms of movement. Applications of kinesiology to human health (i.e., human kinesiology) include biomechanics and orthopedics; strength and conditioning; sport psychology; methods of rehabilitation, such as physical and occupational therapy; and sport and exercise.
