I have always worked in careers that help others. Prior to training as an RMT I was a dental assistant for 10 years, and while I loved the job, I wanted to do more. Massage therapy interested me because I knew that I could help people get immediate relief of their pain and discomfort. Growing up sports were really important to me and I understood the importance of not just muscular strength, but agility and flexibility.

My style of massage therapy is to use medium to deep pressure to work out trigger points, as well as employing dynamic stretching of a muscle by taking it through its range of motion while proving appropriate pressure. I use heat to help loosen the muscles so that the experience is both effect and comfortable. I’m also known for sending patients home with stretching exercises specific for their body, which helps to speed up how quickly we can correct your muscular imbalances.

When I’m not working you can find me outside doing all things active. I especially love to run. Being outdoors, especially with those closest to me, helps me to maintain balance and sanity in my busy life.
